If you do not wish to pay by credit card, BuyToner.com can accept money orders or company checks over $500 although you may be required to provide bank references. Your order cannot be shipped until payment has been received and verified. Checks may require as much as 2 weeks for processing. Be sure to include all necessary order details with your payment, including the stock numbers of all items, your complete shipping address, phone number and email address. Return Policy - 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not satisfied with your BuyToner.com purchase, we'll accept it back. Email us at returns@buytoner.com or call 1(866) 584.INKS, and we will replace it at no cost to you or refund the price you paid (minus the shipping charges on a straight refund, and a 25% restocking fee). Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. All returns must be returned to us within 14 days of ordering.

Computers, monitors, printers, scanners, electrical devices, fax and all-in-one machines can be returned for a full refund 14 days from purchase with original invoice, accessories and original packaging minus a 25 percent restocking fee. All returns must be unused, and contain all accessories and original packaging for us to accept it as a return. We reserve the right to not accept returns that are used or damaged by you. Defective items must be returned to the manufacturer for repair under the manufacturers warranty. We cannot accept opened software or memory for return. They must be returned to the manufacturer under warranty.
