File Office software easily and quickly converts all paper documents into digital files. Save documents as searchable digital files such as PDFs and Microsoft Word, and you can easily find, share and transfer your files electronically. The software creates a unique self-adhesive bar code for your documents. You specify the file name, folder location and file type. Simply apply the bar code to the first page of your document. Scan an entire stack of bar-coded documents in one batch, and File Office software will do the rest. Each document will be automatically filed as you specified. Software processes up to 5,000 pages per month and works with your scanner (equipped with an automatic document feeder and TWAIN Driver or "Scan to File" function) and an optional Dymo LabelWriter printer (sold separately). File Office requires a minimum RAM of 512MB and a minimum hard disk space of 215MB.
