Transfer rate is 20-40MB per second. Maxell's patented Ceramic Coating process, which protects the metal particles in the tape from harmful environmental elements, provides a superior tape product with long archival life. Features an LTO-CM (cartridge memory) embedded in the cartridge. LTO-CM stores up to 4KB of both user and system generated data for accelerated access.
